Sumit is a seasoned Finance leader having nearly 2 decades of experience in Corporate Finance, Finance Control & Strategy in Healthcare, Education, IT and BPO industries. He has also spent 8 yrs+ as a leader in managing the start-ups and providing thought leadership and facilitating the agile mindset shift. He was previously associated as a CFO with Lead School, a leading EdTech Company, and now a Unicorn, and has participated in a journey of exponential ~10X revenue growth.

Harsha is the Vice President – Corporate Strategy at Subex. He is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the company. His responsibilities encompass shaping corporate initiatives, developing and executing growth strategies, propelling the AI strategy & roadmaps and fostering innovation within our technology landscape. Harsha comes aboard with a wealth of entrepreneurial leadership and strategic insight.

Daniel is a seasoned sales leader with extensive international experience in telecom and technology sectors. Known for transforming strategic accounts, securing high-value contracts, and building strong C-level relationships, his disciplined, results-driven approach and passion for teamwork will continue to drive Subex’s global sales growth and AI-driven transformation. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm School of Economics, Daniel champions continuous learning and collaboration, bringing energy and leadership to further strengthen Subex’s position as a Telco AI powerhouse.

Rohit is responsible for delivering business growth through innovation and product strategy. He leverages his expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), analytics and digital services to contribute to Subex’s solutions. Prior to this, Rohit was the Head of Subex’s Business and Solutions Consulting Group (BSCG) and has over 20 years of rich experience in delivering solutions and consulting to telecom operators across the world. Before joining Subex, Rohit worked with companies like Crompton Greaves and Kirloskar Electric Company. He is a graduate in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Mysore.

Manish is the Head of Global Fulfillment, responsible for managing customer success, delivery, and services. With over 25 years of rich leadership experience across multiple geographies, he has a deep understanding of people, processes, and technology. This expertise enables him to address complex challenges, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration, driving effective outcomes. Additionally, Manish brings a practical approach to problem-solving, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also actionable.

Kasturi Cotha is Subex’s Global Head of Humar Resources, bringing 25+ years of experience scaling people strategies for startups, mid-sized firms, and GCCs. An IIM Bangalore alumna, she specializes in employer branding, DE&I, talent management and compliance, building inclusive, high-performance cultures. She is an award-winning thought leader, frequent speaker and a published contributor to playbooks and whitepapers. At Subex, she partners with leadership to drive culture and organizational transformation, enabling Subex to scale as an AI-first organization.

With over two decades of deep expertise across Telecom OSS/BSS, SDN/NFV, Technology Labs, and IT Services, Rajan brings in a proven track record in delivering cutting-edge telecom products. His key accomplishments include world-class solutions in Network Data Integrity, Routing Optimization, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and more. Experience spanning across end-to-end project delivery, software engineering, and consulting, notably, he has defined long-term IT and technology roadmaps for leading GSM, Fixed, and IP service providers globally, helping shape next-gen telecom architecture and drive operational excellence.

Jamie More has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a strong background in Delivery, Customer Success, Managed Services and other Operations related customer-facing roles. Having collaborated with telecom operators worldwide, he brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to building lasting relationships. Jamie’s key objective is to deliver value by understanding customer needs and driving successful outcomes. His extensive experience in providing solutions to telcos around the world enables him to navigate complex challenges, ensuring telecom providers achieve their goals while improving customer satisfaction.

Mr. Ramu Akkili brings in over two decades of professional experience in the secretarial, finance, and legal domains. His career encompasses notable tenures in the IT and Electronics industries, where he has excelled in pivotal corporate roles. He specializes in a wide array of areas, including corporate mergers and amalgamations, acquisitions, divestments, and incorporation of companies across India and globally. He is adept at implementing robust compliance management systems, enhancing shareholder engagement, and overseeing critical corporate functions, while ensuring cost efficiencies and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance.

With 20+ years of international experience, Deepa leads Subex’s global legal function as part of the CEO’s Office. She brings deep expertise in technology contracting, compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, litigation strategy, M&A, and complex regulatory frameworks. Deepa has built high-performing, cross-cultural legal teams and partnered with leadership across the US, EMEA, and JAPAC. She helps strengthen governance and risk foundations as Subex scales and transforms into a trusted Telco AI organization.
