I’ve completed 10 years working for Subex, and during this period I have played multiple roles, as Project Manager, to Program manager and at present into Account Management. The journey so far has been Innovative in delivering programs, Quality of deliverables to customers, working on new technologies etc. Learning from each Project and Program delivered to customers. Platforms provided for self-learning to grow along with the ever changing and developing technologies. Challenging to always keep up with the pace and to just not deliver the projects but emphasize on bringing value to customers. Finally, I would call out Fun to work with great minds, supportive leaders who are driven with values with mind share of always Grow Together.

I began my corporate career with Subex, coming onboard as a Software Trainee as part of SET Batch 2021-22. I have received a lot of cooperation and immense encouragement from the day I joined. We received quality training on technical and behavioural skills in the initial months which I found to be very beneficial. I also realised that Subex does not merely preach its values but also implements them in everything we do. I am currently part of the NAM team and I find them to be extremely approachable, supportive and encouraging. I consider myself fortunate that I chose Subex or in other words choose to be a Subexian.
The work that I do at Subex feels like more than a job; I feel like I am a part of something much bigger. My personal experience with Subex has been very fulfilling and the work environment feels like a complete package by itself. I say so because the company's history and its vision inspires me. I work on a product which I feel passionate about. I enjoy and look forward to showing up for work every day because of my amazing team. The leadership team encourages and empowers volunteerism which allows me to perform my best. Every day at Subex feels like a new opportunity for me to learn and grow in my professional life.
