His career encompasses notable tenures in the IT and Electronics industries, where he has excelled in pivotal corporate roles. He specializes in a wide array of areas, including corporate mergers and amalgamations, acquisitions, divestments, and incorporation of companies across India and globally. He is adept at implementing robust compliance management systems, enhancing shareholder engagement, and overseeing critical corporate functions, while ensuring cost efficiencies and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and compliance.
Jamie More has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a strong background in Delivery, Customer Success, Managed Services and other Operations related customer-facing roles. Having collaborated with telecom operators worldwide, he brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to building lasting relationships. Jamie’s key objective is to deliver value by understanding customer needs and driving successful outcomes. Experience spanning across end-to-end project delivery, software engineering, and consulting, notably, he has defined long-term IT and technology roadmaps for leading GSM, Fixed, and IP service providers globally, helping shape next-gen telecom architecture and drive operational excellence.
Manish is the Head of Global Fulfillment, responsible for managing customer success, delivery, and services. With over 25 years of rich leadership experience across multiple geographies, he has a deep understanding of people, processes, and technology. This expertise enables him to address complex challenges, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration, driving effective outcomes. Additionally, Manish brings a practical approach to problem-solving, ensuring that solutions are not only innovative but also actionable.
Rohit is responsible for delivering business growth through innovation and product strategy. He leverages his expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), analytics and digital services to contribute to Subex’s solutions. Prior to this, Rohit was the Head of Subex’s Business and Solutions Consulting Group (BSCG) and has over 20 years of rich experience in delivering solutions and consulting to telecom operators across the world. Before joining Subex, Rohit worked with companies like Crompton Greaves and Kirloskar Electric Company. He is a graduate in electrical and electronics engineering from University of Mysore.
Kasturi Cotha is Subex’s Global Head of Human Resources, bringing 25+ years of experience scaling people strategies for startups, mid-sized firms, and GCCs. An IIM Bangalore alumna, she specializes in employer branding, DE&I, talent management and compliance, building inclusive, high-performance cultures. Daniel is a seasoned sales leader with extensive international experience in telecom and technology sectors. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm School of Economics, Daniel champions continuous learning and collaboration, bringing energy and leadership to further strengthen Subex’s position as a Telco AI powerhouse.
