Prior to this, Mr. Venkat worked as a senior investment banker, executing crossborder M&A, project finance, and special situation transactions across India and the region. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of growth-stage companies. Mr. Venkat holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
