Volume No. 30

Hi all,

Before I move into the business updates from Subex, I would like to use this platform to wish all of you: our customers, partners, shareholders, and internal stakeholders with a very Happy New Year.
.

It is safe to say that 2020 did not pan out the way many of us thought it would. The global pandemic has proven to be a very concrete roadblock to many of the plans and roadmap of businesses across multiple sectors. Of course, the situation is continuously evolving, but I believe we are beginning to see the light at the very long tunnel. I hope 2021 sees the start of a revival for many businesses, and we are able to bounce back with vigour and equipped with lessons learned from this tumultuous period.

For Subex, it has been a testing period as well. However, thanks to the continued efforts of every Subexian, and through the support of our customer and partner community, we have been able to keep operations steady and witness sustained growth for our business. We have been able to truly demonstrate our capabilities and relevance in helping the telecom world meet the new challenges and capitalize on hidden opportunities posed during this period. These successes have been reflected in our financial results.

Q3 FY21 marks another quarter of good results for Subex. We see steady progress in terms of new project initiation from our customers. At the same time, we won several contracts around our core portfolio from some of the largest names in the telecom world. We have been making significant in-roads with our newer solutions and secured customers for our Capacity Management and Digital Identity solutions. We are also forging strategic partnerships in disruptive areas such as Blockchain. As a means to increase the strength of our solutions and our competitive advantage, we are making several strategic additions to our technology leadership team.

2021 is going to be an exciting year for Subex. During the course of the year, we plan to continue evolving our products and strengthening our capabilities to meet our customers' ever-evolving needs. The team at Subex is extremely eager at the prospect of the upcoming launch of our Augmented Analytics platform, which will revolutionize how enterprises adopt Artificial Intelligence.

Overall, we are progressing steadfast towards our vision of being the leaders in the Digital Trust space, which will result in significant value addition to all our stakeholders.

Stay healthy and stay safe!

Thanks,

Vinod Kumar, MD and CEO, Subex
