Hi all,
I would like to begin this newsletter with warm New Year wishes to you and your family. May this year bring you loads of success and excellence in all your endeavors. We at Subex have begun our year with some great wins in the month of January, and are absolutely thrilled with the impetus we are gathering.

As you would have observed, Digital Trust is now quickly becoming a top priority for global leaders, and the society is moving towards definitive action on it, leading to increasing investments in the area. Our focused strategy towards Digital Trust, remains strengthened, and this is one of the factors that has enabled us to compete well and win large deals in the recent past.
From a portfolio standpoint, we’re seeing increasing number of use cases for emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI and ML, and we have consistently built capabilities to help our customers stay future-proof. We recently partnered with Risk and Assurance Group (RAG) to bring out a first of its kind Blockchain based solution for fighting fraud. With this, Subex becomes part of the RAG Wangiri Blockchain Consortium which aims to gather real-time industry threat intelligence about fraudsters. The consortium includes some of the world’s leading Communications Service Providers (CSP) from North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
On the financial front, the revenues and EBITDA for the quarter are in line with our expectations, despite the macroeconomic slowdown. We are also making a capital restructure, which will enable us to have a rational structure that is commensurate with our current business, allowing us to better service the equity.
Last but not the least, we are excited to be showcasing our latest and greatest solutions at this year's Mobile World Congress happening in Barcelona in the last week of February. Do visit our booth #5F10 Hall 5, to catch a glimpse of our Augmented Analytics platform, and to interact with our very own voice assistant IVA. You will be pleasantly surprised by what you see!
