It gives me immense pleasure to announce that we have ended the quarter on a strong note, successfully soaring past our targets. This continued positive performance is the result of concentrated team work of Subexians, driven by passion to make a difference. We closed a number of new marquee customer deals and witnessed good traction from the APAC, MENA, and Africa markets, and we are confident of carrying forward the same momentum to coming quarters.

On the offerings side, there is good traction for our IoT Security solution and we recently closed our first smart city deal with the Town of Florence, Arizona. This is a landmark deal for us considering that the Town of Florence is one of the first cities to protect its public infrastructure through solutions, strategies, and measures provided by Subex. There were also some new launches like Machine Learning infused Fraud Management solutions (specifically towards SIM Box and IRSF) and analytics solution called ACT (Analytics Centre of Trust), all of which have been well received by customers across the globe.

As we continue to evolve, it is critical to strengthen our talent pool. I am happy to also announce the addition of two key members into the Subex family. Mr. G S Venkatraman joins us as the Chief Financial Officer, effective 30th November 2018. With 20+ years of experience in the Finance function, Venkatraman joins Subex from Mindtree where he was the Financial Controller. Also joining us is Shankar Roddam, who happens to be an ex-Subexian, and now takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer, effective 5th December. Shankar joins us from Plivo and previously worked with Subex for 10 years where he was part of the Executive team in the capacity of Head – Emerging Markets. He played an instrumental role during the initial growth phase of Subex. Besides Shankar, we are also witnessing several ex-Subexians returning to be part of Subex’s next stage of growth, which is a positive sign.

You will find below the details of the other exciting things happening at Subex. I thank you again and look forward to your continued support.

Vinod Kumar, CEO and MD, Subex Ltd.
