As a tech company, Subex understands the importance of innovation and how diversity could bring in positive impact to our business and customers. In our journey of creating diverse and inclusive workplace, Subex launched, Tech Firebrand, a women in tech conference in 2022. This was our way of creating more women firebrands in the tech industry.
In its maiden year, the conference hosted eminent speakers from the industry who spoke on the need of creating opportunities for more women to be part of the tech industry and break the glass ceiling.
While we continue to strengthen our value proposition in the area of diversity tech roles, the focus in the 2nd edition will be Women in AI / ML / Cyber Security.
