Subex successfully delivers Revenue Operations Center (ROC®) Managed Services implementation for Middle Eastern Operator

LONDON, UK – Subex Ltd, a leading global provider of operations and business support systems (OSS/BSS) for communications service providers, announced that it has successfully completed implementation of its industry leading ROC Fraud Management solution for a wireless operator in the Middle East. Subex is also providing this operator with its ROC Revenue Assurance solution. Both solutions are provided to the costumer in a Managed Services model.
These two solutions were chosen by the wireless operator at an early stage resulting in the ROC Fraud Management implementation showing good results. This implementation was delivered on-time and within the budget and the ROC Revenue Assurance implementation is also nearing completion.
The Subex ROC Fraud Management solution helps the wireless operator eliminate known frauds, uncover new fraud patterns, minimize fraud run time, augment internal controls and support continuous fraud management process improvement.
