Subash Menon founded Subex in 1992 and has been its CEO since inception. Under his stewardship, Subex has transformed from a Systems Integrator in the telecom hardware space to a leader in the telecom software space with a niche focus in revenue maximization. Subash charted Subex's growth from its humble origins as a one-man company to a global thought leader in the telecom software space with the successful launch of several products and with over 150 customers across 60+ countries in 6 continents. Subash also guided the company through a successful IPO in 1999 and through seven acquisitions. The latest one, that of Syndesis of Canada, was the largest overseas acquisition by an Indian company in the software space as on that day. Leading the internationalization of the company, Subash has played a key role in establishing offices in the US, Canada, UK, India, Singapore, China and Australia. Subash has over 20 years of experience in the areas of general management, sales and marketing. He has presented numerous papers on technology and business in various countries. Sudeesh Yezhuvath heads the overall operations of Subex, excluding the legal and financial functions. He has been associated with Subex since 1993 and has been instrumental in building the software business of Subex. He has been closely involved in the company’s M&A activities, including the integration process post acquisitions. Sudeesh has over 16 years of experience in the telecom field and has presented various papers on telecom and business operations in different parts of the world. Sudeesh holds a B. Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Subex. |
Vinod Kumar is the Group President and overall responsible for all customer facing functions. In addition to this, he is also responsible for product line management, marketing, and partner management. Prior to this, he was the President of the Company’s revenue maximisation solutions (now business optimisation solutions) business unit and before that, he was Senior Vice President - Sales and was directly responsible for the worldwide revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the Company’s sales organisation including sales, sales operations, alliances, and channels. Mr. Kumar joined the Company in October 1997 and was involved in the development and implementation of the Company’s sales strategy. Prior to joining the Company, he spent five years as a marketing executive with Crompton Greaves, and also worked at Ashok Leyland Limited. Mr. Kumar holds a bachelor of technology degree in electrical and electronics from CET, University of Kerala. |
Anuradha is the Senior Vice President of Engineering, where she leads the development of all product lines in the business optimisation solutions space. Ms. Anuradha joined the Company in 2001 and has over 21 years of telecom experience in areas such as OSS, TMN, CTI and VoIP. With her strong development and people-management skills, she helped in streamlining the development activities at the Company and spearheaded many new processes to ensure timely completion of developmental activities. Her background also includes stints with Siemens Communication Software, Texas Instruments, Wipro and Mistral. Ms. Anuradha holds a masters in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and is a BE Electronics graduate. |
As President of Subex, Americas, Greg LeNeveu leads Subex’s expansion in North and South America and is responsible for Sales, Delivery, and Operations related to the Region’s Customers. Greg joined Subex in 2004 and comes with over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience. He held various positions at other leading telecom and enterprise software providers, such as Micromuse (later acquired by IBM), Precise Software (later known as Veritas, which subsequently was acquired by Symantec), RiverSoft, and TEKsystems. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. |
Paul Skillen is President of Subex, EMEA. Paul joined Subex in 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in executive management, sales and operations with leading European telecoms and technology companies. Prior to joining Subex, he spent three years as the Director of Logica CMG's telecoms practice working with clients that included BT, O2, Vodafone, Orange, NTL, and Cable and Wireless. Before Logica CMG, he served on the board of NTL Ireland, where he oversaw the company's enterprise customers. Paul began his career in 1982 at BT, where he built his reputation in areas as diverse as network engineering and sales and marketing. He holds an MBA from the University of Ulster. |
Sekharan Y Menon has been with the Company since 1996, and serves as President for the APAC region. He is responsible for leading the business operations of the Asia Pacific region of the Company. With this responsibility, he directly overseas sales, delivery, solution consulting and customer support activities in the region and has direct responsibility for the P&L of the regional operations. Before moving in to this role, he was the Senior Vice President - Professional Services at the Company, where he was responsible for customer delivery, project implementation, project management, business consultancy, training, and software support activities. Prior to that, Mr. Menon was part of the Company’s sales team, handling the Asia Pacific and Africa region. Before joining the Company, he was the assistant manager of customer services/services marketing with Yokogawa Bluestar, where he worked from 1992-96. Before that, he spent five years at Humphreys and Glasgow Consultants Private Limited. |
Ramanathan J is the Vice President - Finance and Company Secretary. He is responsible for leading Subex's worldwide finance organization which includes overseeing corporate strategy, treasury activities, tax planning, internal audit, accounting and reporting. At Subex, he played a pivotal role in successfully implementing a real time ERP system for the company. In this role, Ramanathan is also responsible for the adoption of sound financial practices, reporting standards, and integration of finance processes from various subsidiaries abroad. He also holds the post of Company Secretary, ensuring Corporate compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. . Prior to joining Subex in December 2007, Ramanathan spent over 13 years in corporate finance function managing Taxation, Budgeting, Mergers & Acquisitions and Working capital management with the likes of TCS, IBM & Redington. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost accountant and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce. |
David Halvorson is the General Counsel at Subex where he leads the company’s legal function. Prior to this, he was Subex’s Chief Legal Counsel, Contracts with worldwide responsibilities for contractual dealings with customers, vendors and partners. David joined Subex in April 2009 with responsibilities for legal matters in the Americas region. Prior to joining Subex, he headed intellectual property and licensing issues for Qwest, served as General Counsel for a technology startup and worked in private legal practice for a number of years focusing on intellectual property and licensing issues. David holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.
